All passengers must have a flight reservation before making a Alumaraa booking. Bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the flight time, and are subject to operational capacity and availability. For bookings made with less than 24 hours' notice (a "Late Booking") there will be a Late Booking surcharge of £250.00 per booking. Booking requests must be made using the online booking system available at www.Alumaraa.com. Providing incomplete or inaccurate data may result in a booking being refused or later cancelled by Alumaraa. If any information supplied at the time of booking is incorrect Alumaraa reserves the right to refuse access to the VIP Suite. Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance or with other special requirements should make these known to Alumaraa using the "Additional Requirements" section of the online booking system at the time of booking. Prices advertised on the website or in any quotation may be changed or withdrawn by Alumaraa at any time. Unless an account is held with Alumaraa or payment has already been taken by one of our booking agents or resellers, payment will be taken in full at the time of booking at the agreed rate plus any applicable VAT or taxes. the booking will be cancelled where full payment has not been received by Alumaraa on or before 00.01 on the day of travel. Alumaraa is not obliged to accept any booking. A booking constitutes an offer by the passenger to Alumaraa. If a booking is accepted, a confirmation notice will be sent via the online booking system and/or by email.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO A BOOKING CANCELLATION
The Alumaraa service is exempted from the cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 by virtue of Regulation 28(1)(h). Once you have placed a booking with Alumaraa, there is no automatic right of cancellation. If you wish to cancel your booking Alumaraa must receive notice of your cancellation at least 48 hours before you have asked for your Alumaraa service to begin. If you give notice of your cancellation request at least 48 hours before you have asked for your Alumaraa service to begin the cancellation charge will be £70. If you give less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours' notice from your scheduled flight departure or arrival time at Alumaraa, you will be charged a 50% cancellation charge of the price paid for the Alumaraa service. If you give 24 hours or less notice in advance of the scheduled flight arrival or departure at Alumaraa and/or failure to arrive for a booking, you will be charged the full fee for the Alumaraa service you have selected and no refund will be given. Any refunds will be made to the original card or payment method on which the initial payment was made.
CHANGES (OTHER THAN CANCELLATIONS)
Changes to dates, times, flight details and/or passenger numbers may not be made to bookings less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure or arrival time except at the sole discretion of Alumaraa. If a change is requested to decrease passenger numbers in the travelling group, a refund will not be given for those passengers. To make a change to your booking please call +44(0)79 4771 1660 or email enquiry@Alumaraa.com. Such changes, where agreed to by Alumaraa, will incur an administration charge of £70.00. Where travelling passengers arrive at the Windsor Suite (or other Heathrow location) or for arriving passengers, at Heathrow Airport, with additional passengers who have not been added to an existing booking, those additional passengers may be refused access to the Heathrow VIP service. Alumaraa, at its sole discretion, may permit access to such additional passengers at the standard service cost plus a surcharge of £250.00 per additional passenger. Where the scheduled flight departure or arrival is delayed, changes can be made without charge. Once you are made aware that the flight departure or arrival will be delayed please contact Alumaraa on +44(0)79 4771 1660 to inform them of the change. Please note condition 5 above.
